Jim Heglund

President

Jim has been a licensed REALTOR for over 30 years. He founded REALICO, Inc., in 1985. He founded Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc., a residential real estate sales company, in 1993. Jim is Owner and President of REALICO, Inc. and Co-owner and President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. (formerly Dykstra Heglund Realty). He is also Co-owner and President of Wonderland Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm specializing in recreational properties since 1993. Jim is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS, and the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS. Jim currently serves on the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross of Greater Grand Rapids. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan.

David Sova

Vice-President of Condominium Sales

David has been a licensed REALTOR for 30 years. He joined Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc. and its affiliate company, REALICO, Inc., as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1996. David is Co-owner and Vice President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. (formerly Dykstra Heglund Realty), and is Vice President of REALICO, Inc. He specializes in Condominium and Residential Realty and is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS. David is a graduate of Central Michigan University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan.

Deb Stone

Accounts/Office Manager

Deb joined REALICO in July of 2000. She manages all accounting, payables, receivables and account balances for each condominium community. Deb is a highly-skilled accounts manager, demonstrated on a regular basis in her 100% accurate audits by an independent CPA firm as well as her detailed year-end reports provided to the Board of Directors for each property.

Greta Gillespie

Maintenance Coordinator

Tonya Davies

Communications Director

Tonya joined the REALICO staff in August of 2005. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Public Administration from Grand Valley State University.
