Jim has been a licensed REALTOR for 35 years and founded REALICO, Inc. in 1985. He founded Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc., a residential real estate sales company in 1993. Jim is the co-owner and President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. (formerly Dykstra Heglund Realty). He is also co-owner and President of Wonderland Properties, Inc., a real estate brokerage firm specializing in recreational properties. Jim is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS, and the Commercial Alliance of REALTORS. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan.

Deb joined REALICO in July of 2000. A licensed Property Manager; she has an
extensive background in property management and efficiently manages many
communities for REALICO. In addition, Deb manages all accounting, payables,
receivables and account balances for each of the communities managed by REALICO.
She is a highly skilled accounts manager, whose accuracy is consistently verified
through audits by an independent CPA firm and demonstrated to the Board of Directors for each property through her detailed year-end reports.

Greta joined REALICO in February, 2005. She manages maintenance requests and
ensures that they are handled in a professional and timely manner.

Melissa joined the REALICO staff in May 2010. She works closely with the Property
Managers and the Board of Directors of each Association to provide communications to the membership.

David has been a licensed REALTOR for 33 years. He joined Dykstra Heglund Realty, Inc. and its affiliate company, REALICO, Inc., as Vice President of Sales & Marketing in 1996. David is co-owner and Vice President of Heglund-Sova Realty, Inc. and is Vice President of REALICO, Inc. He specializes in Condominium and Residential Realty and is a member of the Grand Rapids, Michigan, and National Association of REALTORS. David is a graduate of Central Michigan University and the REALTORS Institute of the University of Michigan.

Jeff joined REALICO in October, 2008. He is a licensed Property Manager responsible for overseeing the day to day maintenance of the grounds and building common elements of the properties he manages. Jeff is also responsible for the administration of the Association, working at the direction of the Board of Directors to facilitate communications to the membership, enforcement of the condominium By-laws, Board and annual meeting agendas, and minute preparation.

Amanda joined the REALICO staff in August 2010. She works closely with the Property Managers and the Board of Directors to help with the day to day operations. Amanda is a graduate of Grand Valley State University with Bachelor of Science Degree in Service Management.

Sales & Community Liaison
Michael joined the REALICO staff in October 2010 and has over 20 years experience in residential real estate management and sales. He will be assisting the REALICO staff as a condominium community liaison, as well as serving individual co-owners with any of their real estate needs.
